Supervisors, newly promoted Foremen and potential Supervisors of Prima Plastic Mfg. Corp. attended the two-day Training – Workshop titled “Fundamental Skills for Supervisors” conducted on April 11 & 15, 2014. The Training – Workshop aims to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and effective tools needed to perform the job of a supervisor.
The participants actively participated in the workshop and provided meaningful inputs during the case study presentation. The participants appreciated the conduct of the training. According to them, this is a big help for them to execute their job fairly.
